Hellman & Associates (H&A) was established to create a highly responsive, cost-effectivealternative to traditional project‑based health and safety consultation.
H&A is an attentive service provider with the ability to provide unique environmental and occupational health and safety solutions. We believe customer satisfaction is maintained by balancing regulatory compliance with internal cost savings, timely service and common sense.
H&A offers safety management services that protect your workforce. These services keep your company in line with regulatory requirements – for about a quarter of the cost of an in-house safety manager.
In many companies, there is no dedicated safety manager so the duties fall to the human resources or operations manager. However, keeping up with complex regulations, monitoring job sites for hazards, training workers and documenting safety programs in addition to other job responsibilities, is overwhelming and unrealistic. Often, companies don’t know that outsourcing their safety management is even an option.
A formal safety program not only protects your employees, it also saves you money. Our clients have reduced worker’s comp rates by 5% in the first year and achieved further savings in following years as their mod rate drops.
An annual service contract from Hellman & Associates means you’ll have unlimited access to a team of experts who provide an assessment of your current situation and develop a customized plan to achieve and maintain compliance. Throughout the year, we’ll walk your site, provide ongoing training and run your safety committee meetings. We stay on top of issues and document your safety program so that, if OSHA knocks on your door, you’ll have nothing to worry about. Guaranteed. What does guaranteed mean? If you incur an OSHA citation for something we should have covered, we pay for it.
H&A’s office in Golden, Colorado competitively serves clients nationwide. We have an exclusive partnership with Mountain States Employers Council, Inc. providing health and safety consultation services to members. We welcome your questions and will provide additional information you may need.
