Terms and Conditions
- Subscription pricing is based on a one-year contract and will renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled in writing no less than fifteen days before the end of the current membership period.
- If at any time you are unsatisfied with the service provided by EHScomplicance.com please notify us by email and we will refund your unused portion of the annual subscription based at $45 per month. Cancellation requests processed prior to completion of 6 months subscription period will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee.
- Due to the changing nature of government regulations and interpretations, it is impossible to guarantee the absolute accuracy and timeliness of the material contained in this site. Hellman & Associates, Inc., does not assume any responsibility for omissions, errors, misprinting, or ambiguity contained on this site, the products and services described in this site, whether all information is current, or the content of referral sites.
