Safety and Health Training
An educated workforce positively affects your company’s safety culture and helps reduce your workers compensation costs and accident rates as well as avoid OSHA penalties for noncompliance.
H&A develops and delivers training for specific OSHA standards and customizes safety-training programs to meet the specific needs of your company. Whether your needs include on-site training for employees or classroom education for management and safety personnel, our safety professionals will focus and define your company’s training and development needs in the areas of safety and health. H&A internally certifies our trainers and participate in professional Train-the-Trainer training. We understand adult learning techniques and training activities designed to engage participants. Documentation of employee attendance will be managed and transferred to your company for recordkeeping purposes
